The Center for Business and Entrepreneurial Studies (CBES) is a state-of-the-art facility for Washington County entrepreneurship and provides a new location for Hagerstown Community College’s business, entrepreneurship, and accounting programs. The CBES project includes the 35,000 SF renovation of the existing three-story Technical Innovation Center. The first floor contains classrooms, light and advanced manufacturing labs, offices, and a new lobby addition. The second and third floors house office spaces for business incubation. The project also includes a 2,000 SF entry addition, new roof, and updated HVAC throughout. Portions of the building remained occupied during the construction phase.
