      MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD

The Library Refresh contract for Montgomery County Department of General Services includes the Quince Orchard, Bethesda, and White Oak Libraries.  The refresh includes public toilet room renovations, new paint, and floor finishes throughout the buildings.  The White Oak and Bethesda libraries included new collaboration rooms. 

The White Oak Library Refresh project for Montgomery County Department of General Services is part of the Fiscal Year 2017 Library Refresh contract.  The White Oak Library Refresh includes two new collaboration rooms, a new ceiling, new decorative stair railing, the demolition and replacement of existing millwork and finishes, and demolition and replacement of toilet partition and fixtures.  The project was under construction from June of 2017 to April of 2018.

The Connie Marella Library Refresh project for Montgomery County Department of General Services is part of the Fiscal Year 2017 Library Refresh contract.  The Bethesda Library Refresh project includes two new collaboration rooms, public toilet room renovations, a new circulation desk, and new paint and floor finishes throughout the library.

The Quince Orchard Library Refresh project for Montgomery County Department of General Services is part of the Fiscal Year 2017 Library Refresh contract.  The Quince Orchard Library Refresh includes public toilet room renovations, replacement of existing operable partition, a new circulation desk, and new paint and floor finishes throughout the building.  The project was under construction from May of 2017 to November of 2017.
